In June 2007, American Auto Shield, LLC, a full service administrative company for automotive aftermarket programs, selected and implemented SEcureCard from StoneEagle Group to help streamline its claims payment process.
The SEcureCard application provides a cost effective way for Vehicle Service Contract administrators to:
• Provide payment to repair facilities within 15-30 minutes
• Eliminate overcharges and fraud associated with paying claims
• Simplify the claims payment process
• Immediately reconcile payments
• Reduce costs involved with processing checks
• Reduce time and labor necessary to track corporate credit card issues
Since implementing SEcureCard, American Auto Shield has doubled its claims productivity, providing a fast and worry free claims experience for its customers. Additionally, by eliminating overcharges and fraud associated with paying claims, American Auto Shield is able to keep its service contracts at a competitive price for the consumer.

All faxes will be via email and anything related to a claim or contract will be scanned, saved in the database, and attached to the corresponding agreement or claim – easily found with the click of a button.
